  • Scot Thomas Moga is an experienced lawyer and counselor at law successfully representing clients in many areas of law, concentrating most of his work in workers compensation, personal injury, estate planning, wills, probate and living trusts. He is a member of the California State Bar, and is admitted to the Federal Court Central District.
  • Mr. Moga has represented injury and accident victims, large and small businesses, and employees for years. He is aggressive and zealous and is known for obtaining the maximum awards and settlements for his clients in an expeditious manner.
  • Mr. Moga is a graduate of the University of San Diego Business School with a bachelor degree in Accounting (B.B.A.). He is also a graduate of the University of La Verne, College of Law. He is a former writer and editor for the law review, Journal of Juvenile Law, at the College of Law, an honor awarded to the top students. He also earned awards for his studies in torts and property, being awarded American Jurisprudence Awards.
